Sample collection and submission forms
All samples must be accompanied by the appropriate sample submission form. Samples accompanied by incomplete forms will not be accepted in accordance with NSW DPIRD Laboratory Services Terms and Conditions. For assistance completing these forms contact Customer Service.

AgEnviro Labs - Test Price Review Notification
Due to changes within the laboratory's operating environment, the AgEnviro Labs have conducted an annual price review. As a result, prices will increase from Monday 13th July 2026. We appreciate your understanding given the current financial climate. Please contact us if you require an updated quote, or review the prices on our website from 13th July.
